Joe helped us find and purchase a beautiful condo last spring.   His knowledge and diligence made all the difference in us being able to purchase a newly renovated condo in a coveted area during a competitive seller’s market.  Clearly Joe knows this business very well, knows his market and does his homework.  He learned specifics about the area, the association, the history of the the building.   He spent time surveying the grounds and area before we even arrived for the first showing.    We weren’t ready to pull the trigger and he patiently worked with us finding several other good options, while keeping a focus on that condo and building so we didn’t miss the opportunity.    The effective relationship he built with the seller’s realtor also helped, they trusted each other and kept in contact so that when we were ready to go back to the condo we loved, negotiation was able to progress.    He pointed out obligations and coverage with the association we may never have caught that aided in negotiation to cover us from financials surprises.     Joe demonstrated care and compassion for us, advocating for our interests, representing our financial boundaries and staying focused, engaged and committed to us all along.   We are grateful for us help getting us the condo of our family’s dreams and being a trusted partner.   

 I found Joe after a simple Google search went it was time to start looking for a realtor for a new home, and I'm so glad I reached out to him. From the very beginning Joe treated me like a VIP. He was excited to work with me, he was enthusiastic about my initial listings I was interested in, and I was very comfortable explaining what I was looking for in a home. So I want to preface this review by stating that I have purchased 9 properties in the past.  So I have some experience with other realtors.  And to be fair most of them I worked with in the past were fine.  I would say par for the course.  When my wife and I decided to look for a second home we enlisted Joe Gravelle to help us in our search.  It was then I realized that the level of service and dedication I had received in the past was severely lacking.  Knowing I was a bit picky and particular Joe always answered my phone calls always called me back.  He made many trips well over an hour to two away to show me properties and take me around the areas to get to know that particular area.   His dedication and hustle that he demonstrated is un matched by any others I had worked with.  He cared about us and our pursuit and sometimes to the point where others would have gotten annoyed.  He helped us find a lake home of our dreams and we are forever grateful.  If you are looking for a realtor stop here!  Joe’s level of service and support will astound you.  I couldn’t recommend a better person to help someone in their search for a new home!     Thank you again Joe and best to you and your new venture!
